Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques such as elbows, forearms (as in Swedish massage) however the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, used to release chronic muscle tension or "knots" (also known as "adhesions.") Hot stones and heat packs are also included to further soothe and relax tired muscles. 

Hot Stone Massage

This massage focuses on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive movements sometimes associated with athletics. Expert techniques and stretching will relieve tension in overworked muscles, providing an alternative to deep tissue massage. Hot stones and heat packs are also included to further soothe and relax tired muscles. 

Medical Massage

L&I or PIP claims will be charged our billing rate of $41.25/15-minute unit. Medical massage receipts with treatment codes are available for submission for insuarance or HSA/FSA reinbursement.

Local & Mobile Massage Services Available for Special Events/ Onsite Corporate Events! Additional fee with mobile service subject to client location.

Payment Details: 

Cash accepted at the time of service. Major Credit Card Payments accepted via Square, prepaid gift certificate or voucher (Please print receipt details and bring to session.)  

Accepted Insurance Plans: Premera Blue Cross, Life Wise Health Plan, Aetna, Cigna, American Specialty Insurance, Corval, Uniform, Optum, United, & First Choice Insurance Accepted. Also PIP (Personal Injury Protection) / L&I (Labor & Industry).  

Please note that if your insurance company is not listed above, we may be able to submit your claim for reimbursement.  In addition, you may be eligible for coverage through a  medical flex-spending (FSA) or Health savings accounts (HSA) through your employer.  

Please note that clients  are responsible for all co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and any additional amount that insurance does not cover.  

Arrival Policy:

 Please arrive promptly for your appointment times. Any late arrivals may only be treated for the duration of the scheduled appointment time and charged the full amount of the scheduled service time. Please be aware, if you are more than 15 minutes late I reserve the right to cancel and/or reschedule the appointment.

Cancellation Policy: 

Our service providers are professionals who commit their time to honor your guaranteed appointment.

For the consideration of the Massage Therapists time, and desired appointment times A 24 hour cancellation notice must be given prior to scheduled appointment.

If you miss your appointment you will be billed the full Session rate.   Cancellations or rescheduling of fewer than 24-hours will be charged a 50% fee and gift certificates will be reduced to half value. No-shows will be charged the entire amount of the service and gift certificates will be voided. Insurance does not cover missed appointments.

A Few Other Things:

-If you are experiencing cold/flu symptoms please do not come in for the health of the practitioner and clients (please call so that we may reschedule).

-To keep a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere (and so you can focus on you) I ask that you leave children at home.
-NO SEXUAL REMARKS, ADVANCES, OR MISCONDUCT will be tolerated in this setting!
